I had an emergency situation where the spring coils on my garage door gave itself up. I called my home warranty company with the hope that they will find a contractor for me to get it fixed right away. All I could get from them was an automated message saying that they work only 5 days a week from 8 to 5 Eastern Time even though their website and contract says that they work 24/7. I was so frustrated and did a Google search to find a service provider. I got three to four listings but only GDS responded and came within an hour. The service was awesome and along with the service they also patiently answered all my questions and gave suggestions. Their pricing is pretty good. I will certainly use them for all my garage needs.

We had a new garage door installed in July from another local company. The door after one week started making grinding noise. I called that company, they came out said it was normal and if we called again for same reason they were going too charge us.. I had garage door solutions come out and they instantly noticed that the track something was wrong. Made a couple quick adjustments and the door ran smoothly.
I had Bob out on Saturday. First thing is he did not charge me any overtime or additional charges for coming out on Saturday. Every else that I called either did not answer or was charging outrageous prices because it was on a sat. Bob was out with in a hour and had my door running like new for half of what other companies were going to charge. I would highly recommend Bob / GDS!
