Bob was awesome throughout the process. Responded quickly to our initial email. Came out to the house within a few days to provide an estimate. Had what we wanted in stock and installed in less than a week. Juan the installer was very thorough and the garage was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Pricing was incredibly competitive. Highly recommend!!

If you are looking for someone to repair your garage door you have found him. Told me what had broken, and that I would not be able to fix it myself.If you are looking for an honest, polite, and someone who knows his stuff, you have found him. I would recommend him to everyone.

They were amazing. We just had them come out on 9-2 for a quote and they were going to be able to install this week. They had a reschedule for today and they installed the door in 3 hours. Door looks amazing and they were very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

They installed my garage door over 10 years ago and the 30 year old opener finally died. Bob did a superb replacement job and tuned the door as well. Good for another 30 years. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Showed up on the promised day as well in spite of a hectic schedule. 5 Stars indeed!!!

GDS was able to work me in very quickly. Our tech, Bob, communicated his arrival time, answered our questions and was professional. He didn’t try to upsell us on other items but explained what might be coming up in the future for repairs and what to watch for. Great experience for us!

This company is AWESOME. Even though I called off-hours, the voicemail said to text them our situation. Not only did they reply promptly, they were able to come out the next day. That next day, we had to change the appointment and they said no problem and switched to meet our needs.Nick came, identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. What a great company. You cannot go wrong with them.

Fantastic job! Our old opener was installed in a "unique" way that made replacement with a modern motor and track difficult if not impossible. Garage door solutions worked hard to implement an alternate solution and was Ble to offer several options. Knowledgeable, fair, and transparent I would definitely use them again!

Garage Door Solutions, Inc has been very helpful to me when I called on their services twice . They are prompt and knowledgeable. Both times they came the same day I called. Both times my problem was corrected and they supplied me with good advice and tips to help maintain my garage door . I have recommended to others and will continue to do so . The staff are very professional and friendly.I would not hesitate to call them again should I need more repairs with my garage door.

My garage door cable broke. I called at 7pm in the evening. Exchanged a couple of texts and had the door fixed by noon the next day. Bob, the owner is a stand up guy who is honest, very capable and a real great person. It shows in the work.

I would highly recommend this company for your garage door service! I had an issue over the weekend, and they were able to get a technician scheduled right away. Nick came on time. Fast and friendly service. Our spring broke yesterday and we tried to call a service we used in the past. This morning, I contacted Garage Door Solutions and got a call back from Bob the owner promptly. He had Nick his Technician just finishing a job nearby. Nick came and had the spring replaced within a few hours of my initial contact!

Had a problem with our remotes so called Garage Door Solutions. Nick the technician checked out our unit, determined what the problem was and relayed our various options. Due to its age we decided on a new unit. NIck was very thorough and knowledgeable and did a great job on the installation. Definitely an asset to the company and we highly recommend Garage Door Solutions.

Fast, friendly and professional! Arrived the same morning as my call. Great service! Had the needed spring in his truck and in less than an hour the broken spring was replaced and both garage doors were inspected and lubricated. The job was done before noon and the bill was more than fair.

The chain sprocket snapped off of our old garage door opener. I called Bob at 7:45 this morning, we discussed the possible causes, and Bob suggested options for replacing the opener. I had a ton of questions and Bob was very patient and professional! Nick was at my house 6 hours later replacing the entire opener assembly (I went from a 1/3 HP chain model to a 1/2 HP belt model that is much quieter!) and he tightened the springs, balanced the door, lubricated the rollers, and gave me maintenance... tips. I was very impressed, start to finish, with the entire process, and I highly recommend Bob and his team!!read more

Bob did a very thorough review and discussed options for the actual door design and opener features to satisfy our needs for the new door system. Nick installed our new door and opener two days later. Nick was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the door and opener installation and operation. These guys are terrific. Bobby came out within 24 hours to give us a free estimate on a new door and had his guys out here the following day. Tom and Nico couldn’t have been nicer! The tech who installed my door was obviously an expert. Knew the ins and outs of everything related to taking the old door out and installing the new equipment correctly and quicky. The price was very fair and I would recommend this company to anyone need service on their existing door or lift. If you are looking for a replacement door, there is no other option but this company..no one can compete.
